We have successfully completed the collection of soil samples for Maragua area, bringing to a total of 100 farms reached for soil samples collection over the last one week. The soil sample analysis shall be conducted by ICRAF and recommendations thereafter shared with farmers for improved soils health in farm management practices.
Next week we shall be concentrating on additional 70 farms targeted for soil sampling in Kangema and Kigumo. We look forward to working with farmers in this areas.
